Elite Business Connections Announces 2025–2026 Leadership Team

Coeur d’Alene, Idaho – November 3, 2025 — Elite Business Connections (EBC), North Idaho’s premier business networking organization dedicated to building trusted professional relationships, is proud to announce its new board and leadership team for the 2025–2026 term.

Dain Adams of Farm Bureau Insurance has been elected as President, bringing his commitment to service and leadership to the forefront of the organization. Matt Lang of Cross Country Insurance steps into the role of Vice President, adding his experience and energy to EBC’s continued growth and community engagement.

Continuing in their key leadership positions are Kim Fisbeck of Rate as Treasurer and Ed Bejarana of Main Street WebWorks as Secretary—both recognized for their steady stewardship and organizational excellence.

The Membership Committee welcomes Brittany Buckner of Top Dog Plumbing as the new Chair, supported by Marc Flores of Country Financial, who joins the committee to help expand EBC’s reach and strengthen member engagement.
