Our purpose is to foster an environment where members become true advocates for one another—referring, recommending, and supporting each other through intentional relationship-building.

We’re not just exchanging business cards—we’re learning each other’s strengths, stories, and specialties, so that when opportunities arise, EBC members are the first to come to mind.

Our Core Commitment

Each member of EBC commits to:

Participating in two referrals and two one-to-one meetings per week
Faithfully attending weekly meetings (missing no more than 3 in a 6-month period)
Actively learning about and referring fellow members
Bringing qualified guests to help the network grow

Activity Definitions

Referral: A new client connection via email, text, or call (not an existing or repeat client)
Close of Business: A completed sales transaction, including member-to-member business
One-to-One: A scheduled meeting between members to better understand and promote each other's services
