Together We Can Multiply Hope for Families Impacted by the Spokane Wildfires

The Spokane wildfires have changed the lives of thousands of our neighbors. Families have lost homes they spent years building. Small businesses have seen their life’s work disappear in a matter of hours. Many are now facing the difficult task of rebuilding while trying to create a sense of normalcy for their children and loved ones.

For some members of Elite Business Connections, this tragedy isn’t happening to strangers. It has affected friends, clients, business associates, and even family members. As a networking organization built on relationships, we believe moments like these remind us why those relationships matter.

Small Gifts Become Bigger Acts of Kindness

Elite Business Connections is proud to announce a Spokane Fire Relief Matching Fund.

EBC will contribute up to $750 to match donations made by our members. Every dollar you give will be matched dollar-for-dollar until the matching fund is exhausted, effectively doubling the impact of your generosity.

Once the campaign concludes, the combined donation will be presented to Innovia Foundation, helping support wildfire relief and recovery efforts throughout our region.

A $25 donation immediately becomes $50.

A $50 donation becomes $100.

A $100 donation becomes $200.

When we work together, our individual contributions become something much more significant.

This Is What Community Looks Like

One of the reasons many of us joined Elite Business Connections was to build relationships with people who care about more than business transactions. We celebrate one another’s successes, help solve business challenges, and create opportunities for one another to grow.

Today, we have another opportunity.

This isn’t about generating referrals or expanding our networks. It’s about standing beside a community that needs encouragement, practical help, and hope. The businesses and families affected by these fires are part of the same region where we live, work, and build our own dreams.

Communities recover because people choose to help.

Every Member Can Make a Difference

Not everyone can give hundreds of dollars, and that’s perfectly okay. What matters most is participating.

If every member contributes what they comfortably can, our collective generosity will make a meaningful difference. Whether your gift is $10, $25, $50, or more, it joins with the gifts of others to create real assistance for people beginning the long journey toward recovery.

The value of your gift is not measured by its size, but by your willingness to help.

How to Participate

If you would like to contribute, simply bring a check to our next Elite Business Connections meeting and give it to Kim.

Your donation will be included in the EBC matching campaign, with EBC matching member donations up to a total of $750 before the combined contribution is presented to Innovia Foundation.

Stronger Together

Business networking is built on relationships. Great communities are built on compassion.

The Spokane wildfires have reminded all of us that life can change in an instant. They have also reminded us that when people come together with generous hearts, hope grows faster than despair.

Thank you for being part of Elite Business Connections and for demonstrating what it truly means to support one another.

Together, we can help our neighbors take another step toward rebuilding.
